We are looking for a SENIOR ADVISOR for the role of Account and Transaction Manager to be part of our Advisory & Transactions | Corporate Real Estate team. A culture of respect, integrity, service, and excellence shapes our approach to every opportunity.

CBRE Corporate Real Estate Team delivers a market-leading Transaction and Account Management service, working with clients across all their real estate interests globally. The Corporate Real Estate team establish full commercial visibility of the client’s property portfolios, delivering valued advice and direction and, ultimately, establishing coordinated strategies that manage risk and drive business value. 90% of the Fortune 100 companies trust CBRE with the management of their real estate portfolios.

In this role, you will be working closely with the client’s Global Real Estate team and implementing real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Understand and proactively manage client’s real estate portfolio, including management of critical lease events.
  • Drive excellent customer satisfaction
  • Acts as a Single Point of Contact to clients for CBRE real estate services globally whether it is valuation assignment in Spain, sale, and leaseback in the US, or lease acquisition in Japan.
  • Work together with CBRE transaction professionals globally
  • Ensures smooth project delivery as a coordination and escalation point for all global projects run by CBRE
  • Create analysis tailored to the client’s needs.

What we are looking for?

  • Master’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Understanding of the principles of commercial real estate markets
  • Strong client care skills and ability to negotiate with different business layers
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbally and writing
  • Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, positive personality and service mindset
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, ability to be self-oriented, and being able to prioritize workload on own initiative
